2. Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• ·WhatsApp / phone number
• ·Delivery address (line 1, line 2, city, state, PIN code)
• ·UPI payment screenshot (uploaded by you)
• ·Order details (product, quantity, amount)

We do not collect payment card numbers. All payments are via UPI bank transfer.

3. How We Use Your Information

• ·To process and fulfil your order
• ·To send order confirmation, shipping updates, and delivery notifications by email
• ·To contact you via WhatsApp if there is an issue with your order
• ·To maintain records required by Indian tax law (GST)
• ·To improve our service and products

4. Data Storage

Your order data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai region). Payment screenshots are stored in encrypted cloud storage and are only accessible to MYSTICABYMINI® staff. Order confirmation and shipping emails are sent via Resend.

5. Data Retention

We retain your order information for as long as required by Indian GST and tax regulations (minimum 6 years). You may request deletion of your personal data for any order older than 6 years by contacting us.
