2. Products

FOLK Hair Oil is an Ayurvedic formulation made with 44+ natural herbs in pure cold-pressed coconut oil. Results vary by individual. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Perform a patch test before first use.

3. Ordering & Payment

• ·All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• ·Payment is via UPI bank transfer. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification by our team (within 2 business hours).
• ·We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment verification fails or if the product is unavailable.
• ·You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. A second email confirms payment verification.

4. Shipping

• ·We ship across India via India Post.
• ·Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment verification.
• ·Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days depending on location.
• ·Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
• ·A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love FOLK Hair Oil. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product.

• ·Damaged or incorrect products: full refund or replacement at our cost.
• ·Opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
• ·Refunds are processed to the original UPI account within 5–7 business days.
• ·We do not accept returns based on personal preference or change of mind.

6. Limitation of Liability

MYSTICABYMINI® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
